Coronavirus Update

During these uncertain and ever changing times, AES is constantly thinking of new ways to try to minimize everyone’s exposure while still providing care to our patients. Because we are considered an essential business, we are still open and seeing patients. Starting today 3/19/20 we will be implementing the following:

When you arrive for your appt, please leave your pet in the car and have one person check in with the front desk.
A nurse will call you to go over your pet’s history and then meet you at the front door to take your pet to the back for their exam. Weask that you then wait in your car.
The Doctor will then call you after the exam to go over everything and answer any questions.
Payments will be made over the phone.

If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who is sick, we urge you to postpone your appt. or make arrangements for someone else to bring your pet in. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times!
