What Is Instinct Shareville?
Instinct Shareville is a platform that gives referring veterinarians real-time updates on the patients they send to us. In the portal, you can:
- Review case notes and diagnostic reports
- Follow your patient’s progress while they’re in our care
- Download medical records, lab results, imaging, and more
- Reach our team directly for updates or consultations
Logging In, Step by Step
Go to the portal login page
Sign in with your email address and password
- First time logging in? Use the temporary password from the welcome email our team sent you.
- Haven’t received your login details? Email info@animaleyespecialists.com and we’ll help set up your account.
Finish setting up your account
On your first visit, the portal will ask you to update your password and confirm your contact information.
Explore your dashboard
Once you’re logged in, you can:
- View your active cases
- Search for a patient by name or case number
- Open uploaded records, imaging, and reports
